Straw yellow color, and clear with a moderate haze. Aroma is lemony, grassy, and floral. Crackery malt sweetness, floral grassy flavor, Zesty sweet lemon citrus note. Finish is moderately dry, with a light to medium body - sweetness dulls the crisp dry finish a bit unfortunately.
