A love affair with Junkyard Brewing in Moorhead, Minnesota during Jack’s college days spurred a passion for local beer, and an obsession with sharing his experiences with anyone who would listen. As a Minnesota native, and Minneapolis local, Jack may be biased in thinking the Twin Cities is an underrated beer hotspot in the US, but is determined to put it on the map. He enjoys exploring his home city, brewery by brewery, and getting to know the folks in the industry that make the beer scene one to be proud of. Outside of breweries, you may find him tossing darts at local dives, cheering on the Vikings at a game (SKOL!), or catching a show at one of his favorite music venues around town.
