A remarkably well-executed example of a heavily fruited sour, pouring completely opaque with a vibrant, saturated orangish hue and excellent density. The aroma is highly expressive, clearly showcasing a multi-layered profile of fresh peach, sweet cherry, tart strawberry, and tropical pineapple (The calamansi seems to have gotten lost in the other flavors). On the palate, the execution is masterfully balanced; despite the intense volume of fruit pulp, a sharp, clean lactic acidity slices straight through the rich residual sugars, preventing it from ever becoming cloying. The mouthfeel is incredibly smooth as well. It's almost velvety, and luxurious, with a fine carbonation that expertly lifts the weight of the pour, concluding with a bright and surprisingly clean fruit finish.
