In 2014, my craft beer journey began with an introduction to Irie IPA from Tighthead Brewing out of Mundelein, IL, recommended fervently by a colleague. This initial visit transformed into regular weekend trips to Tighthead, thanks to its proximity. Soon after, I found myself deeply immersed in the craft beer world, landing a job at a local bottle shop and volunteering at beer festivals. This role wasn't just a job; it was an avenue for me to guide newcomers and discuss the finer points of craft beer. As the years have gone by, my knowledge expanded, and so did my tastes. This passion and expertise culminated in co-founding the Aleluminati Beer Collective. My mission? To make craft beer more accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
