Edel-Pils

Pale straw yellow color, crystal clear, and a bright white head. Aroma is grassy, floral, and lemony citrus. Malt is crackery, and the hops give off a green grassy vegetal note, very floral, slightly earthy, and a nice bitterness. Very dry finish, very light body. This beer floored me, and will no doubt be one of the best beers I have all year. I will think about this beer for many, many years to come.
