Half a Mind

Pours a deep amber reddish, brilliantly clear, with an off-white head. Toasty, bready, and toffee aroma. Drinks like fresh toasted bread, with slight coffee like bitterness, and light nutty roastiness. Really rounded finish with sweet malt and a dry finish, with a surprisingly light, crisp body. Anybody with Half a Mind would know this beer is fantastic, much like everything else Double Elbow and Niko Tonks make. What a treat getting a small, but very intentional brewery like Sway involved as well.
