Dangerous Man Brewing has officially returned to NE Minneapolis.

Phase Three Brewing's Pixel & Pals Worldwide is back for year two, dropping four Pixel-inspired hazy IPAs at over 60 locations across the U.S., England, and Japan, all on the same day. This year's collaborators? Messorem Bracitorium, Brujos Brewing, and Parish Brewing Co. We break down all four beers, every release location, and why one of these collabs involves my Beer of the Year.

Every year, the frozen tundra of the Midwest comes alive with the roar of balloon burners, mashups on loudspeakers, and the crisp sound of beer hitting glass. Winter Beer Dabbler returned in full force in 2026, and Cody, Max, and Jack, layered up and dove in headfirst, chasing timed drops, strange brews, and unforgettable moments across the Minnesota Fairgrounds!
