The Pursuit

A beautiful hazy IPA presenting a dense, uniform turbidity with excellent head retention. The nose is remarkably expressive, bringing forward immediate notes of fresh tropical fruit and sweet citrus without any heavy, green hop character. On the palate, the bitterness is incredibly restrained, allowing the fruit-forward qualities to carry through cleanly from start to finish. The texture is exceptionally smooth and velvety, successfully masking any alcohol warmth and avoiding any astringent hop bite.
